2020 - Amazon bans my books, including my last one, "Planes without Passengers, Third Edition" - the book's final chapter included my suggestion that RFK, Sr. faked his assassination.
Amazon gave me no explanation for the ban.
2022 - Linkedin removes a post I made of a picture that I contend is a composite picture designed to deceive the public about the so-called RFK assassination.
Linkedin gave me no explanation for its removal.
2025 - Academia.edu would not post my essay about my theory that RFK faked his assassination.
Academia.edu gave me no explanation for its refusal to post the essay.

Keep Feeling Fascination! The Joy of Writing about a Crazy World

It is with frustration and with fascination that I have reviewed events in United States history.

I feel frustration that on several occasions history has labeled the wrong people as actors in events that represented turning points. And I say, for the record, that Oswald did not kill JFK, that Sirhan did not kill RFK and that the events of 9/11 were mostly hoax.

I feel fascination in trying to solve these crimes, perhaps in the way others enjoy putting together puzzles from hundreds of pieces. I have left my mark in these books, solving parts of the aforementioned events and also delving into sports and religion as well. My analysis of the "Immaculate Reception" football play is one of my finest pieces of work.

Our world is in turmoil. People die tragically, wars are fought for no good reason and the wealthy continue to get wealthier at the expense of just about everyone else. The world of misfortune and ill will revolves in a circle much in the way the earth revolves around the sun.

I am letting go of the frustration. I have written books with pleasure and with sincerity and I invite you to read my perception on why things happen as they do. I hope you will join in me in focusing on the fascination of life itself.

Zenith

The zenith is the highest point above us in the sky.

If we look high enough, we will see one star distinguished from all the rest.

Sometimes we look to "stars," or people who excel at what they do.

We know them for one great thing they did that really matters.

There was Mark "the Bird" Fidrych, still remembered 37 years after his rookie baseball season in which he brought joy to his teammates, the fans and baseball itself.

There was the "Tank Man" in China, famous for his resilience in standing in front of a tank poised to run him over.

There was Robert F. Kennedy, a candidate for president, whose heartfelt plea for peace to a mostly black crowd in Indianapolis informing them of the assassination of Martin Luther King may well have saved lives.

What did these achievers have in common?

They expected nothing in return for their efforts. None of them demanded anything of those around them. And each changed the rules of victory and defeat.

Can you think of other examples of true "zenith"?

Free Sirhan

I was born in 1968. It confounds me that someone has been imprisoned my entire life for something he did not do.

This person is Sirhan Sirhan.

He was convicted for the first-degree murder of Senator Robert Kennedy and sentenced to death. Courts later reduced the sentence to life with the possibility of parole. And he is up today for parole once again.

Sirhan has been denied parole several times. The parole board will not likely take into consideration claims of innocence. But they still merit our attention.

Consider the following facts, taken from my book Dead Men Talking: Consequences of Government Lies, which gives a full analysis of Sirhan’s innocence:

·         The public coroner, Thomas Naguchi, testified without contradiction that the fatal shot to the Senator was point-blank to the back of his head next to the right ear.

·         Naguchi also testified that Kennedy was struck with three other bullets, also at close range from behind and to the right.

·         Twelve eyewitnesses said that Sirhan was at all times to the victim’s left and in front of him and was never within two feet of him.

·         Another person, who misled investigators about having a firearm, admitted that he was immediately to the Senator’s right and behind him

·         Sirhan was grabbed by another person after firing two shots, after which he fired aimlessly.

Sirhan has been the scapegoat for a sophisticated assassination in which the real assassins fled the scene and left Sirhan behind with a gun whose bullets never hit any of its victims. Considering that Sirhan was about three feet from Senator Kennedy, he must have been an exceptionally poor shot. Or he was brainwashed into appearing at the scene and firing blanks.

It is time to free him.

Are you inspired by any politician?

Common complaints about those who run for office are the promises they make and do not keep, their unwillingness to stand for something and their reliance upon negative campaigning, especially through 30-second spot ads on television.

Recent political campaigns have featured promises in which the public has been told by candidates of both major parties what they want to hear. Nixon promised “peace with honor” in Viet Nam, Carter said he “would never lie” to us and George H. W. Bush told us there would be “no new taxes.”

Candidates offering the most appealing promises have tended to win and have had to focus on keeping them. Some promises have been kept and others not. But it hasn’t always been this way.

Robert Kennedy campaigned for president in 1968 by telling audiences what they did not want to hear: to a group of college students, he said he favored removing the deferment that students had from the draft.

Yet he claimed students as one of his biggest constituencies on election day.

Advisors told Robert Kennedy not to speak to a mostly black audience in Indianapolis after it was revealed that a white man was accused of murdering Martin Luther King, Jr. They told him the crowd could form into a mob and injure or even kill him and others present.

Yet he gave the speech, anyway. Not only did no one harm him, but on that fateful day, Indianapolis was the only major city in the whole United States that did not have rioting.

His opponents used what was then a relatively new forum with which to campaign, television advertising. But Robert Kennedy did not like this approach because he could not articulate the ideas that he based his campaign upon, such as ending the United States involvement in Viet Nam, reducing poverty and promoting civil rights for all.

So he frequently used 30-minute, rather than 30-second advertisements. They worked to help him to detail and clarify his positions and how he would lead the United States if elected.

Kennedy’s campaign of 1968 should inspire us because he chose to run his campaign by what he believed was right, regardless of the consequences. His willingness to do the unpopular and even the unthinkable showed a solid grasp of self-knowledge and gave the voters confidence of his integrity to principle had he avoided the assassin’s bullet and won election.
